The core purpose of the segment is to provide people either entering or already in the hospitality industry, the opportunity to acquire more knowledge, skills and/or contacts that will further grow their career including their personal development.
As a segment, we attend/host functions, conferences, meetings, educationals, forums, networking events, tours, site inspections as well as arrange job shadowing programmes for our members to spend time with industry professionals, thus "bridging the gap" between Youth and Experience.
