It is the most indispensable nutrient, which is very much necessary for the proper development of the brain in newborn and fetus and can also play the part in the memory function although our lives."
Eggs are healthy and contribute some of health benefits to our bodies, so egg addicts like myself can have more excuses to have eggs. To honour this day why not come up with something new, with lot of eggs inside. I think am going to try and eat eggs with ice cream, yogurt, custard and biscuit.
